Georgia ranks 48th in the United States for per capital arts funding. Atlanta's budget should be much more robust considering we are the gateway to the economic engine of the Southeast. It is time, y'all. Our residents, neighbors, and children deserve better. A strong arts ecology = a strong, healthy, and safer population.
